S.C.N.Y.  South Charleston Nazarene Youth

BLAST is a Talent and sports competition that occurs in Mount Vernon June 6th - 8th.  Students paritcipate in all kind of categories, both individual and team against other students from across Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky.  We have a local competition that acts as a qualifier for the event in June on April 6th.  This is a chance for all studetns to use the gifts that God has given them.  On the local level, any student from 6th to 12th grade i is allowed to participate for an entry fee of $15 which purchases their district shirt.  If they qualify to move on to the regional event in Mount Vernon, there are additional expenses and church requirements.
